Roster reporting allows you to extract useful information about Assignments associated with each Roster type in a CSV Format.
The Team Allocation roster report display's:
- Issue Key
- Issue Summary
- Elevator issue status
- Time assigned
- Team assigned/User Assigned
The Escalation roster report display's:
- Issue Key
- Issue Summary
- Elevator issue status
- Initiator
- Completed by
- Time Escalated
- Seconds to Acknowledgement
- Seconds to Competed
- Re-Escaltion Count
- Initial Team
- Current Team

Choose Rosters from the Elevator for Jira function bar to access all your rosters

Under the Roster heading click on the roster name

On the top right have corner select Export CSV to access your report
By default the the export will provide 30 by selecting the right hand Export CSV. To refine search use the Issue Key, From Date and To Date
